After speaking with you, we can recommend floor plans, which we often use as starting points for your ideas, and then customize them to suit your needs. Together, we can sit down with our designer and develop a one-of-a-kind home that truly reflects your style and taste, which can be a gratifying experience.

Do you have Home-sites available, or can you build on My Lot?

We can build on your lot or put you in contact with one of our trusted realtors to help you choose your new home’s location.

What is the time frame to build My Home?

A lot depends on the complexity of the build and whether many changes are being made along the way. Time of year, weather, labor, and building materials availability are some of the other factors that come into play. Our standard homes typically take from 4 to 6 months after the necessary approvals are obtained.

How will you update me on the progress of My Home?

As a service to our clients, we will keep you updated with phone calls, emails, and pictures. Wherever you have Internet access – at home, at work, or on vacation – we keep you informed about your new home.

What does it cost to build a New Home?

Typically the specifications and the square footage are the biggest factors of cost. How big the garages, ceiling heights, granite, tile, etc. are all play a role in formulating the price of a new home. The majority of the homes we build are in the $200,000 to $600,000 range. We make every effort to stay within your budget.

Can you help us find a lender?

Over the years, we have developed working relationships with lenders that can often make loans happen when others can’t. And because of our solid track record and solid financial standing, we are already approved as builders with many local and national lenders. In contrast, some of our less stable competitors have become a hindrance to the loan process.
